Karawang, 18 Mei 2026 – Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di bidang teknologi, sejumlah mahasiswa dan dosen dari Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (Fasilkom) Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA) telah menyelesaikan program pelatihan di Guangzhou, Tiongkok. Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada pertengahan Mei 2026 ini didukung penuh oleh perusahaan penyedia platform Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) global, IROOTECH Technology Co. Ltd. (ROOTCLOUD).
Program pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan wawasan praktis kepada mahasiswa mengenai implementasi teknologi terkini di dunia industri. Rangkaian kegiatan akademik dan praktis ini dilaksanakan di dua institusi pendidikan teknik terkemuka di Guangzhou dengan fokus materi yang berbeda:
11–13 Mei 2026: Pelatihan di Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College, yang berfokus pada integrasi sistem mekanik, kelistrikan, dan perangkat lunak komputer.
14–15 Mei 2026: Pelatihan di Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College, yang menekankan pada penerapan teknologi digital serta otomasi proses produksi pada industri ringan.
Keberangkatan dan program pelatihan mahasiswa Fasilkom UNSIKA ini dapat terlaksana berkat dukungan dari IROOTECH Technology Co. Ltd. Sebagai sponsor utama, IROOTECH memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan standar teknologi industri internasional.

Enhancing Global Competence, Fasilkom UNSIKA Students Participate in Technology Training Program in Guangzhou
Karawang, May 18, 2026 – In an effort to enhance the quality of graduates in the field of technology, a number of students and lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science (Fasilkom), Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA), have successfully completed a training program in Guangzhou, China. The program, which took place in mid-May 2026, was fully supported by the global Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform provider, IROOTECH Technology Co. Ltd..
This training program was designed to provide students with practical insights into the implementation of the latest technologies in industrial environments. The series of academic and hands-on activities was conducted at two leading technical education institutions in Guangzhou, each with a different focus of study:
- May 11–13, 2026: Training at Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College, focusing on the integration of mechanical systems, electrical engineering, and computer software.
- May 14–15, 2026: Training at Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College, emphasizing the application of digital technology and production process automation in light industries.
